Workshop on Methodology and Research Toolkit in Procurement angle # 3: Baseline Survey on Support to Low Carbon Agriculture

Workshop for the purpose of introducing the content of the baseline survey under Package 3 of the LCASP project to serve the construction and installation of biogas plant under Component 1: Waste Management breed. At the workshop, the consultants from the contractor presented methods and sample of survey tools for households with biogas plant under the project and households. Have out-of-project tunnels, and potential households have no tunnel. Estimated time for conducting interview surveys in 10 participating provinces is from May 16, 2016 to June 2016. Representatives from LCMBP and the Project Management Consultant team also participated in discussion and comment on relevant issues to improve the survey instrument and methodology for the study. Investigate this survey. The workshop was a success.
