According to the implementation status report from the beginning of the project to 8/2016, the LCASP PPMU has implemented 20 training courses (845 farmer households, 73% female); Female staff and farmer households.

This activity has been well received by the people as it has solved quite a lot of byproducts in cultivation and husbandry, contributing to improving the efficiency of agricultural production and creating an organic fertilizer source for cultivation. With the teaching method of hands-on work, theory, practice and cross-visiting should attract the attention of the people.

As a result, 100% of the trainees understand the process and know how. Many trainees have taken the initiative in composting and have shared with the project staff, at the shops and agents, the demand for the use of probiotics tends to increase. Trained participants will be active communicators to propagate and replicate composting using microbial technology.
