Development of the movement to build biogas reactors

To date, Hoai An district has built over 4,000 biogas plants. In particular, the Dutch government and the Low Carbon Assistance Project (LCASP) support nearly 2,000 tunnels and the rest are self-built livestock producers.

Huai An's strong development in the construction of biogas reactors has limited the direct discharge of animal waste into the environment; It is desirable to reduce the amount of firewood and especially to make the communes have conditions to meet the environmental criteria in the new rural development program.
