Final report of the project to support low carbon agriculture in 2015 and plan for 2016

On March 2, 2016 in Quy Nhon - Binh Dinh, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development held a conference to review 2015 and implement the 2016 plan of the Low Carbon Agriculture Project under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister Le Quoc Doanh. The meeting was attended by representatives from the Government Office, the Asian Development Bank, representatives of departments, institutes and units under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
